عقد برنامج الفنون الادائية " السبيل نحو حرية التعبير عن الذات والديمقراطية" الممول من الإتحاد الاوروبي خلوة لمدة يومين في مدينة بيت لحم. ناقش خلالها شركاء البرنامج الدور المستقبلي للشبكة بالإضافة لخطة البرنامج في العام 2016 وما بعد.

ورشة عمل لبرنامج حملة الحشد والمناصرة

اجتمع مدربين من المؤسسات الشريكة في برنامج شبكة الفنون الادائية لوضع برنامج تعليمي لحملة الحشد والمناصرة.
وقد عقدت الورشة لمدة يومين 25-2014/8/26 في مشروع وليد وهيلن القطان لتعليم العلوم .

ورشة عمل حول تغطية الإعلام الفلسطيني للثقافة

عقد برنامج شبكة الفنون الأدائية الفلسطينية في 21/ 8، ورشة عمل في "تغطية الإعلام الفلسطيني للثقافة بشكل عام، والفنون الأدائية بشكل خاص" وذلك بإشراف الأستاذ الإعلامي سعيد أبو معلا، وبحضور صحفيين ومهتمين بالشأن الثقافي، بالإضافة إلى مؤسسات ثقافية وفنيّة محليّة.

وركّزت الورشة على ضعف الإعلام الثقافي في فلسطين، وغياب التخصّص والاهتمام من قبل الصحفيين في هذا المجال، كما تمّ فتح باب النقاش مع بعض المؤسسات الفنية الشريكة لبحث العوائق الموجودة، وسبل تعزيز التعاون المستقبلي بين المؤسسات الثقافية والمؤسسات الإعلامية.

"Your voices are heard"

We, organizations and individuals that make up the majority of the Palestinian cultural sector; musicians, circus artists, actors, dancers, poets, filmmakers, photographers, authors, sculptors, painters etc., call upon our fellow cultural workers around the world to condemn and act against Israel’s assault on Gaza.

Despite all the hardships, the Palestinian arts and cultural institutions continue to work in Gaza, using the arts to comprehend, process, educate and mobilize. We stand with them and we ask you to do the same. 

Is it wrong for one human being to voice concern over the suffering of another? Is it wrong to condemn the killing of thousands of innocent women, men and children? Is it wrong to denounce the destruction of schools, hospitals and places of worship? 

You and I know the answer to all these questions!

Unfortunately, in the midst of the current destruction, killing and unimaginable suffering - the voices of Gaza are unheard. These voices have continued to call upon the international community, but to no avail. 

Therefore we are so grateful for your courage. 

If death and destruction continue in Gaza and no voices of condemnation are heard, one would wonder if we were still human.

Therefore we are so grateful for your humanity. 

We, members of the Palestinian arts and cultural sector would like to extend our deepest gratitude to you for speaking up against the assault in Gaza. 

Let us unite our voices for freedom, hope and a better future for the children of Palestine. 

We call upon our fellow artists and cultural organizations to condemn the current aggression against Gaza as well as the illegal occupation of Palestine. Further to that, we urge you to act by supporting the Palestinian cultural and academic boycott of Israel (PACBI), thereby refusing to be complicit in the ongoing occupation.

بيان صادر من مؤسسات الفنون الأدائية الفلسطينية

السابع عشر من تموز 2014

نحن العاملون في مجال الثقافة بتمثيل الأغلبية في قطاع الفنون الأدائية الفلسطينية، ندين الهجوم والعدوان الإسرائيلي على قطاع غزة، وندين القتل العشوائي وتشويه المدنيين الذين من بينهم الأطفال والنساء.

كفنانين، إن أقوى سلاح نمتلكه الآن هو قدرتنا على الحلم وعلى التخيل، وعلى تعزيز قيمة المواطنة لدى شبابنا وأطفالنا والانتماء. ويهيب هذا السلاح القوات القمعية، لأنه طالما لدينا القدرة على الحلم والتخيل لعيش واقع آخر فنحن نمتلك القوة لتحقيقه – واقع بفلسطين حرة وعادلة.

تصور إسرائيل المجازر المستمرة في غزة على أنها حرب بينهم وبين حركة حماس، كجزء من الحملة الإعلامية البغيضة التي تجعل من المظلوم ظالم. لكن يجب أن ينظر للعدوان الأخير على غزة ضمن سياق الاحتلال والفصل العنصري الإسرائيلي. منذ أكثر من ستة عقود والشعب الفلسطيني تسلب أرضه ومياهه وحريته في الحركة. وتستمر إسرائيل ببناء المستوطنات وجدار الفصل العنصري على الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة، وتعاني غزة من الحصار الخانق لما يزيد عن الست سنوات. آن الأوان لإدانة جميع هذه الجرئم واتخاذ إجراءات فورية بشأنها.

وبالرغم من جميع المصاعب إن من بين زملائنا مؤسسات ما زالت تعمل في غزة، تستخدم الموسيقى والمسرح والدراما في الفهم والتعليم والحراك. نحن نقف معهم ونطالب الجميع بالوقوف معهم.

في حين تدير الحكومات ظهرها، فإن الناس حول العالم ترفع أصواتها، يخرجون إلى الشوارع ويرفضون أن يعاني اهل غزة بصمت. نحن ندعو زملائنا وأصدقاءنا وشركائنا لكسر حاجز الصمت والمشاركة في الاحتجاج.

ندعو العالم للضغط على إسرائيل لوقف الحصار على غزة.

نحن ندعو زملائنا الفنانين والمؤسسات الفنية لإدانة الاعتداءات الحالية في غزة وجميع أنحاء فلسطين من خلال الالتماسات والاحتجاجات والبيانات. بالإضافة لذلك، نحن ندعوكم لمساندة الحملة الفلسطينية للمقاطعة الأكاديمية والثقافية لإسرائيل الرافضة للتواطئ في الاحتلال والفصل العنصري الحالي.

معاً نستطيع تحويل اليأس لعزيمة والانقسام إلى وحدة، لنؤمن أنه في وسعنا.

Statement by Palestinian performing art organizations

17^th July 2014

We, cultural workers representing the majority of Palestinian performing art organizations, condemn the current Israeli attack and aggression on Gaza, and the indiscriminate killing and maiming of mainly civilians, among them many children and women.

As artists, the most powerful weapon we have is our ability to play, dream and imagine. The oppressive forces fear this weapon because as long as we are able to imagine another kind of reality, we have the power to pursue it - a free and just Palestine.

Israel is portraying the ongoing massacre in Gaza as a war between them and Hamas, as part of an obnoxious media campaign of turning the oppressed into the villains. This latest Israeli attack against Gaza is a crime that must be understood within the context of Israeli occupation and apartheid. For over six decades Palestinians have been systematically bereaved of their lands, their water and their freedom of movement. Settlements continue to be built, a wall is erected on occupied lands and Gaza has been under a suffocating blockade for over six years. These crimes must be condemned and acted upon immediately.

Among our companions are institutions that despite all the hardships continue to work in Gaza, using music, theatre and drama to comprehend, process, educate and mobilize. We stand with them and we ask you to do the same.

While governments are once again turning their backs, people around the world are raising their voices; taking to the streets and refusing to let the people of Gaza suffer in silence. We urge our colleagues, friends and partners not to stay silent and join us in our protest.

We call upon the world to put pressure on Israel to stop the blockade of Gaza.

We particularly call upon our fellow artists and cultural organizations to condemn the current aggressions against Gaza and the occupation of Palestine through petitions, protests and statements. Further to that, we urge you to act by supporting the Palestinian cultural and academic boycott of Israel (PACBI), thereby refusing to be complicit in the ongoing occupation and apartheid.

Together, we can turn hopelessness into determination and the forces of division into unity. It is within our power.

شروط المشاركة:

1.     ألا يزيد عمر المتقدم للبرنامج عن 30 عاما.

2.     أن يكون من سكان محافظة الخليل.

3.     السيرة الذاتية + صورتان شخصيتان.

4.     كتاب توصية من المؤسسة التي يعمل بها المتقدم للبرنامج.

5.     عشرة أسطر عن: خبرة المتقدم في عمله مع الأطفال و/أو المراهقين، لماذا يود الانضمام للبرنامج، وما الذي يتوقع الحصول عليه خلال التدريب.
